My stay at Hotel Kavia was pretty disappointing. The location was great, just a short walk away from 5th Avenue, but the issues I faced with the room and service overshadowed any positives. From broken safes to unclean rooms, it felt like a constant battle during my stay. I certainly won't be returning anytime soon.
